Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that a confirmed booking is non-refundable but can be moved forward based on availability in case of a date change. We therefore would request you to only book if your plans are confirmed.
  • Our privacy policy and general terms and conditions of service may be reviewed
  • Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability on the arrival and departure respectively based on the below charges.
  • An early check-in can be provided at 1300hrs on a complimentary basis, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
  • For a check-in between 1100hrs to 1300hrs an additional half day charge will apply, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
  • For a check-in prior to 1100hrs one would need to book the room from a dayprior on full day charges.
  • A late check-out can be provided till 1200 noon on a complimentary basis, subject to availability on the day of departure.
  • For a check-out between 1200hrs to 1400hrs an additional half day charge will apply, subject to availability on the day of departure.
  • For a check-out post 1400hrs one would need to book the room for subsequent night on full day charges.

general terms

  • Check in time is 2.00 pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • Extra adult charges will apply for a Child above 6 years of age.
  • A Government approved Photo ID proof is compulsory for all room occupants.
  • Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case keycards are misplaced or lost.
  • Room Guests are not permitted to have visitors after 10pm.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room.
  • The Management Does Not Take Responsibility For The Loss Of Valuables Left In The Room.
  • Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
  • Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
  • Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa Courts only.
  • As we continue to strive to improve our services, we may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages.
